Dallin Richardson, Esq.
About
Dallin Richardson was born in Provo, Utah, and growing up with a father in the Air Force, spent his childhood moving from place to place within the United States. He began pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Brigham Young University in 2011 before pausing for two years to serve as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Chris of Latter-day Saints in northern Italy.
Returning from Italy, he enlisted for military service in the Utah Air National Guard in 2015, and gave 10 years of service in the military concurrently with finishing his bachelor’s degree in 2020 and completing his legal education at the University of Maryland Francis Carey School of Law in 2024.
While attending law school, Dallin pursued a special academic track focused on cybersecurity and crisis management law, earning a JD Certificate in Cybersecurity and Crisis Management Law at graduation. As a legal researcher under Senator Katie Hester of Maryland’s 9th District, Dallin played an essential part in drafting key pieces of successful legislation from the Maryland Assembly’s 2024 session, including the historic Maryland Online Data Privacy Act.
Prior to certifying as an attorney, Dallin clerked at a small Baltimore-based firm specializing in business litigation and real estate transactional law. Dallin is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, an active participant in his local LDS congregation as a youth instructor, and the father of two wonderful children with another on the way.
